Anime Series Movie Recommendations?
Hello all, I am new to anime and seem to be picky in what I like. I am looking for either new series or movies to watch. Some that I have enjoyed:
Elfen Lied
Serial Lain
Gantz
Neon Genesis
Ergo Proxy
Paranoia agent
They for the most part require some thought while watching, are science related (I am a scientist), and slightly violent. I would like any recommendations if you have them. I did not like death note or claymore.
Things I am not looking for: childish humor, anything like naruto, full metal alchemist, etc.
I highly prefer dub…i know that is shunned, but I like to multi-task while watching and hearing english allows me to do that.
I think movies would be easier to suggest
